Louise Whelan – Co founder
Louise an accomplished athlete in her own right has always worked hard and strived for success both on and off the sporting field. During her career developing and running the largest and most successful  club junior tennis program in the UK she was inspired to develop a completely new approach to physiotherapy, rehabilitation and exercise built around the principles used by professional athletes.  The fit8 System was born in 2003 and continues to evolve and develop; delivering a five star service that really works. Louise is extremely proud of what fit8 deliver as a company and continue striving to set new standards within the industry

Laurence Whelan – Co founder
Laurence a successful professional tennis player for many years before injury cut short his career turned his talents to coaching and having worked his way up the ranks of the UK’s largest health and racquet club saw an opportunity for a new way to coach, train and improve his clients tennis and physical performance. Partnering with Louise they developed the fit8 system. Laurence has been keen to create a very relaxed, friendly environment where everyone feels welcome but where our members and coaching team work together to get results. Seeing our members improve, evolve, progress and enjoy what fit8 deliver is what it is all about for Laurence.

Kieron Vorster CEO & head of functional training
Kieron began his career in health and fitness as the strength and conditioning coach for the South African Davis Cup squad in 1997. Kieron was Wayne Ferreira and Tim Henman’s trainer and coach at the peak of their careers, director of strength and condition for the LTA from 2002 to 2005 and CEO of the David Lloyd Group. Kieron spent time in Qatar employed as head of strength and conditioning for the Olympic Federation. Returning home to England in 2012 where he joined his life long friends Laurence and Louise to develop his post tennis career. Kieron is driven to achieve excellence as standard and is committed to ensuring fit8 deliver a service that is second to none

Hannah Simpson – head of sports injury and rehabilitation
Hannah graduated from St Mary’s with a first class Honours degree in Sports rehabilitation and brings with her an impressive background – having worked with GB Athletics, Harlequins, Ealing Trailfinders and Esher Rugby Clubs. Hannah is an integral part of the unique and detailed service that fit8 delivers. Our members and clients see Hannah regularly and she oversees all our prescriptive exercise programmes. Hannah also provides clinical training to our coaches and sports therapists to ensure standards are maintained
