Our members enjoy the luxury of being in total control of their membership managing their bookings via our online booking system. Its convenient, user friendly and mobile!

Members are allocated a set amount of credits per quarter based on their chosen membership package. Any unused credits at the end of the quarter ‘roll over’ for one month to give the member the chance to utilize them. At the end of the ‘roll over’ month any unused credits will be deleted.

The credit system gives members the freedom to manage sessions around their busy work schedules and holidays. The fit8 credit system ensures member never lose out!

Terms and conditions: The cards are non-transferable, businesses will ask to see your privilege card and some may ask for additional identification

As a member of fit8 you receive regular cardiovascular health tests and during Heart Rate Hour under the supervision of the fit8 coaches and therapists you will use your heart rate monitor to exercise your heart and lungs in your own specific Heart Rate Zones. This is a progressive cardio fitness class and you will notice huge benefits after just a few sessions

Cycling specific interval session designed around your heart rate zones. Spinning is a fantastic way to improve heart health without having to put pressure of your joints

A progressive class exercises can be adapted to suit your exercise prescription and body journey.
